Returns/Refunds

If you receive an order that is incorrect, we are happy to send you the correct materials as soon as possible. We are also happy to replace any defective CDs or replace CDs that are broken or lost at no extra charge. However, if you loan out your album and it is returned with CDs missing, we will charge for replacements.

We do not give refunds for materials that you order and then decide you want to return. If it was a mistake and you thought you were ordering something else, then please feel free to contact us and we can discuss the options.
